These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the usfullride.com website and the services provided exclusively by US Full Ride LLC, with its registered address at 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, hereinafter “US Full Ride.”

By browsing this website, submitting a form, or requesting information, the user acknowledges having read these terms. The engagement of paid services is finalized only through the signing or express acceptance of the applicable individual agreement.

1. Description of Services

US Full Ride provides guidance, preparation, and exposure services to female field hockey players seeking to study and compete at educational institutions in the United States. Depending on the service engaged, the process may include evaluation of the player’s athletic and academic profile, participation in showcases, preparation of presentation materials and audiovisual content, general guidance, and contact with coaches or college programs.

US Full Ride acts as an independent intermediary and facilitator. It is not a university, is not part of the NCAA, and is not sponsored, endorsed, or affiliated with the NCAA or with the universities mentioned on this website.

2. No Guarantee of Results

Obtaining a scholarship, recruiting offer, admission to an educational institution, or eligibility certification depends on factors and decisions beyond the control of US Full Ride, including the player’s athletic and academic level, the needs of each program, institutional decisions, and applicable rules.

US Full Ride does not guarantee that a player will obtain a scholarship, a recruiting offer, admission to a university, or athletic or academic eligibility certification. Its commitment is to provide the agreed services diligently, support the process, and create exposure opportunities, without guaranteeing any specific result.

3. General Participation Requirements

To participate in the US Full Ride process, the player must meet the requirements communicated for the applicable service or activity. These may include:

  • Competing for a registered field hockey team.
  • Being currently enrolled in high school or having graduated recently.
  • Having an appropriate level of English for the anticipated academic and athletic process.
  • Providing truthful and verifiable athletic, academic, and personal information.

US Full Ride may request additional information to evaluate the profile and verify compliance with these requirements. It may also reject or suspend an application when the person does not meet the necessary conditions or provides false or incomplete information.

4. Minors

The participation of a person under 18 years of age requires the knowledge and consent of their parent or legal guardian. When applicable, the individual agreement, image-use authorizations, event participation conditions, and medical forms must be accepted or signed by the legally responsible adult.

US Full Ride’s services are not directed to children under 13 years of age. A person under that age must not submit personal information through the website unless US Full Ride has first obtained the involvement and verifiable consent of their parent or legal guardian.

5. User Obligations

When using the website or participating in the services, the player and their family agree to:

  • Provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information.
  • Report athletic, academic, or personal changes relevant to the process.
  • Use the website and communication channels lawfully and respectfully.
  • Not present information, documents, photographs, or videos belonging to third parties as their own without authorization.
  • Comply with the obligations assumed in the individual agreement and the specific conditions of each activity.

6. Audiovisual Materials and Image Rights

When necessary to provide the engaged service, the player—or their parent or legal guardian, when applicable—authorizes US Full Ride to use and share photographs, videos, statistics, and presentation materials with coaches, educational institutions, and athletic programs connected with the recruiting process.

The use of such materials for promotional, advertising, or institutional purposes on the website, social media, or other media will require a specific and separate authorization. That authorization may be revoked for future uses by sending a request to info@usfullride.com, without affecting uses lawfully made before the revocation.

Ownership of the original materials provided remains with the player or the applicable rights holder. US Full Ride receives only the permissions necessary for the authorized purposes.

7. Engagement of Services

The provision of international athletic recruiting and support services is subject to the signing or express acceptance of an individual agreement between the player, their parent or legal guardian when applicable, and US Full Ride LLC.

The individual agreement will establish the specific scope of services, duration, fees, payment terms, obligations of the parties, cancellations, and any other applicable commercial terms.

If there is any conflict between these general Terms and Conditions and a signed individual agreement, the individual agreement will prevail for the parties who signed it, without prejudice to any mandatory rights that may apply.

8. Collaborators and Third Parties

US Full Ride may collaborate with coaches, clubs, academies, audiovisual producers, showcase organizers, and other independent professionals or organizations.

Such collaborations do not create a partnership, agency, employment relationship, business association, or joint liability between US Full Ride and those third parties. Each third party is responsible for the services it provides directly and for its own decisions, policies, and terms.

9. Universities, NCAA, and Eligibility

Decisions regarding admission, financial aid, scholarships, roster composition, and recruiting are made exclusively by each university or athletic program. Academic and athletic eligibility certification is determined by the NCAA Eligibility Center or other applicable governing body.

The player and their family are responsible for completing all required official registrations, submitting authentic documentation within the applicable deadlines, and verifying the rules that apply to the division, university, and program of interest.

10. Showcases, Events, and In-Person Activities

Participation in showcases, evaluations, travel, or other activities may be subject to specific terms, authorizations for minors, medical forms, insurance requirements, standards of conduct, and cancellation or rescheduling policies applicable to each activity.

Dates, locations, schedules, and participants may be reasonably modified due to decisions by organizers, weather conditions, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond the control of US Full Ride. Any applicable specific conditions will be communicated to registered participants.

11. Intellectual Property

Original content on usfullride.com, including text, design, trademarks, visual identity, and logos, belongs to US Full Ride LLC or is used with the appropriate authorization. Its reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written authorization is prohibited.

This provision does not alter ownership of materials provided by players as described in Section 6.

12. Limitation of Liability

US Full Ride provides its services using its experience, resources, and professional contacts, but it will not be responsible for decisions made by universities, coaches, athletic organizations, event organizers, or other third parties, or for the failure to obtain an expected result.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law.

13. Suspension or Termination of Access

US Full Ride may suspend access to the website or participation in an activity in cases of misuse, false information, risks to the safety of others, or violation of these terms. Termination of an engaged service will be governed by the applicable individual agreement.

14. Changes

US Full Ride may update these Terms and Conditions when necessary. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Changes will not retroactively alter the financial or contractual terms of an individual agreement already signed, unless expressly agreed by the parties or required by law.

15. Governing Law

These general Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, as the jurisdiction in which US Full Ride LLC is organized.

This choice does not limit any mandatory rights that a consumer may have under the applicable laws of their place of residence. An individual agreement may establish additional terms or a different governing law, in which case that agreement will prevail for the parties who signed it to the extent permitted by law.
