- GOAT Sports Argentina and independent collaborators: to coordinate showcases, evaluations, or other disclosed activities.
- Service providers: hosting, forms, email, analytics, communications, and administration, to the extent necessary to perform their functions.
- Authorities or other parties: when required by law or valid legal process, or when necessary to protect rights and safety.
5. Minors
A significant number of people interested in our services may be under 18 years of age.
- Children under 13: the services are not directed to children under 13. A child under that age must not complete or submit a form independently. A parent or legal guardian must first contact US Full Ride. When COPPA applies, US Full Ride will provide direct notice to the responsible adult and obtain verifiable parental consent before collecting, using, or sharing the child’s personal information, unless a legal exception applies.
- Ages 13 through 17: participation requires the involvement and authorization of a parent or legal guardian through the applicable form, agreement, or specific authorization.
If we learn that information from a child under 13 was collected without the required authorization, we will seek to delete it. A legal representative may exercise the rights in Section 9 by contacting info@usfullride.com.
6. Audiovisual Materials and Promotional Uses
Use of audiovisual materials to present a player to coaches and college programs is governed by Section 6 of the Terms and Conditions and the applicable authorization.
Use of photographs, videos, or testimonials for promotional purposes on the website, social media, or institutional materials requires specific and separate authorization. That authorization may be withdrawn for future uses by contacting info@usfullride.com, without affecting uses lawfully made before the request.
7. Information Security
We apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. No Internet transmission or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
8. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the disclosed purpose, provision of services, the term of an agreement, recordkeeping, and compliance with legal obligations. For information about children covered by COPPA, retention is limited to the time necessary to fulfill the specific purpose, after which we seek to delete it securely.
A deletion request may be subject to information that must be retained to comply with law, perform an active agreement, or establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.
9. Individual Rights
Subject to applicable law, a player or her legal representative may request:
- Information about and access to stored personal information.
- Correction or updating of inaccurate information.
- Deletion of information when applicable.
- Withdrawal of consent for future uses.
- Objection to or restriction of certain processing when permitted by law.
Requests may be sent to info@usfullride.com. We may request reasonable information to verify identity. Individuals protected by Argentine law may also review their rights or submit a complaint to the Argentine Agency for Access to Public Information.

US Full Ride is organized in the United States and works primarily with families in Argentina and other Latin American countries, as well as with coaches, universities, and service providers in the United States. Information may therefore be processed outside a person’s country of residence.
When required by applicable law, international transfers will rely on express informed consent, appropriate contractual clauses, or another valid legal mechanism. Merely browsing the website does not by itself constitute consent to all international transfers.
12. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, as the jurisdiction in which US Full Ride LLC is organized, without limiting any mandatory rights that may apply under the laws of a person’s country of residence. An individual agreement may include additional terms within the limits permitted by law.
13. Changes to This Policy
US Full Ride may update this Privacy Policy when its services, tools, or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. When a change requires new authorization, that authorization will be requested before the new processing occurs.
